GIF and Short Clip Sites
Short looping clips, the format that reads fastest on a phone and travels furthest off-site. Most of these are aggregators, which raises an obvious question about where the clips came from that few of them answer. A couple offer downloads rather than viewing only. The practical differences are how heavy the page is, whether it plays without an account, and how aggressively the site pushes cam advertising between the tiles. We grade on all three, and we note where a site's provenance and takedown policy is actually published.
